Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sourcing and 5 years recruiting experience; semiconductor/manufacturing DL experience a plus.
• Proven ability to source active and passive candidates and close offers effectively.
• Strong professionalism and emotional intelligence with proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a TA consultant to the business and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and qualifications.
• Coordinate research, screening, interviewing, and evaluations through offer and acceptance.
• Develop diverse sourcing strategies and pipelines for key talent needs.
• Maintain candidate data integrity in the ATS and deliver regular recruitment updates.
