Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 3+ years’ experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with 3D and 2D CAD software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to understand & articulate complex technical concepts in presentation format.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer’s request on Kawasaki semiconductor system application.
• Be the technical focal point of Kawasaki semiconductor system. Respond to technical inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Lead the activity of prototype design projects. Provide technical guidance to mechanical team, electrical team, software team and prototype team to complete system application within committed timeline.
• Provide field support on customer’s site on initial system start up, including domestic or oversea travels.
• All other duties as assigned.
