Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Supply Chain Strategy Consultant within the SCTR and MAKE COE to act as internal consultant, strategist, and transformation leader addressing manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, resilience, geopolitics, and digital transformation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, structure ambiguous problems, develop recommendations, and drive implementation, partnering with senior leaders to shape HP's future-state network and risk management.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, consulting, strategy, or transformation leadership.
Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, internal strategy organization, or equivalent strategic leadership role.
Advanced analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as an internal consultant to supply chain and business leaders across HP businesses.
Intake, assess, and triage complex strategic and operational challenges requiring cross-functional leadership.
Structure ambiguous problems into actionable workplans, hypotheses, analyses, and executive recommendations.
Lead executive-level special projects and rapid-response initiatives related to emerging risks and disruptions.
Develop and advance HP's long-term supply chain resilience and network optimization strategies.
