Job summary

You will collaborate with equipment engineers and shift teams to improve yield, quality, and throughput while supporting process standardization and safety. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, DOE and SPC methodologies, and the application of AI-enabled tools to drive continuous improvement in a high-volume DRAM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Ability to work any assigned shift and rotate schedules as business needs require.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SPC, DOE, and structured problem solving methodologies.
• Proficiency with programming, scripting, analytics, or visualization tools such as Python, Java, MATLAB, Tableau, or MS Office.
• Experience analyzing complex manufacturing or engineering data and making process decisions based on technical findings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, throughput, and OEEs while supporting area KPIs.
• Analyze process performance using SPC, DOE, and other methodologies to identify trends and drive solving.
• Lead issue resolution by addressing process, tool, defect, yield, and output concerns promptly.
• Develop and maintain procedures, checklists, and training materials for standardized execution.
• Utilize AI-enabled analytics tools to identify process improvements and support data-driven decisions.
