Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or construction management education or equivalent.
• Experience with mechanical construction in industrial or high-tech environments.
• Ability to read drawings and design specifications and apply survey techniques.
• Strong coordination skills with trade personnel under high-pressure conditions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple activities and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily installation work of mechanical subcontractors to maintain schedules and support startup.
• Interpret construction documents, control sequences, and design specs.
• Lead startup coordination meetings with designers, subcontractors, and owners.
• Coordinate MEP startups among area managers and project stakeholders.
• Verify startup docs and ensure equipment is ready for energization.
• Coordinate with civil/architectural/structural elements within the project design.
• Organize client training on operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Review submittals and maintain system functionality across packages.
