Job summary

LotusWorks in Chandler, Arizona, invites an organized Mechanical Project Coordinator to support a large-scale semiconductor project. You will collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and trade partners to keep activities on track and aligned with the schedule.

You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced construction setting, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• Proof of education, licenses and certifications required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination and activities.
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues to maintain progress.
• Monitor open issues and follow up with stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Assist with schedule management by tracking milestones and updates.
• Communicate potential delays or concerns to project management.
• Coordinate with trade partners to align project activities and schedule.
• Assist with trade management and coordination to ensure progress.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and issue tracking.
• Communicate updates and outstanding items to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to support effective execution.
