LotusWorks in Chandler, Arizona, invites an organized Mechanical Project Coordinator to support a large-scale semiconductor project. You will collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and trade partners to keep activities on track and aligned with the schedule.

You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced construction setting, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• Proof of education, licenses and certifications required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination and activities.
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues to maintain progress.
• Monitor open issues and follow up with stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Assist with schedule management by tracking milestones and updates.

As a Mechanical Project Coordinator working with the LotusWorks team, you will support project managers on a large-scale semiconductor project in Chandler, Arizona. This role will work closely with project management, construction teams, trade partners, and other project stakeholders to support the successful execution of project activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment while developing their project management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination and project-related activities.
• Assist project managers with identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues to help maintain project progress.
• Monitor open issues and follow up with relevant project stakeholders to support timely resolution.
• Assist with schedule management by tracking project activities, milestones, and updates.
• Support project managers with identifying schedule impacts and communicating potential delays or concerns.
• Coordinate with trade partners to support alignment of project activities and overall project schedule.
• Assist with trade management and coordination to help ensure project activities are properly communicated and progressing as planned.
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation, schedules, and issue tracking information.
• Communicate project updates, outstanding items, and areas of concern to project managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams and trade partners to support effective communication and project execution.
• Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.

Education / Licenses / Certifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Construction management or project coordination certifications preferred.Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
