Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking a Construction Project Manager for third shift in Chandler, AZ to lead complex semiconductor facilities construction projects. You will coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients, ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence, and provide clear updates.

This role requires 3–5 years in semiconductor environments, OSHA certs, and strong field leadership; the team supports cutting-edge manufacturing and embraces a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in semiconductor environments.
• OSHA 10/30, HAZWOPER, COHE, PPE training preferred.
• Proven ability to lead contractors and coordinate field activities.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction for facilities and projects.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Provide regular project updates via emails and meetings.
• Maintain daily logs, photos, and videos.
• Lead weekly progress meetings with contractors and design teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.
• Assist with change management and RFI reviews.
