Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join the team at a cutting-edge semiconductor facility in Chandler, Arizona. You will lead the installation and delivery of low-voltage electrical systems, coordinating with clients, GC partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years in electrical construction, experience with semiconductor or mission-critical facilities, and strong budgeting, scheduling, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Electrical Journeyman license or electrical certification preferred.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Experience with commissioning software and BIM required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the electrical project from planning to closeout, ensuring safety and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and timelines; track progress and adjust as needed.
• Oversee procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards for semiconductor facilities.
