Job summary

Tower Semiconductor Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Production Trainer to uphold safety, quality, and operational efficiency on the fab floor. You will onboard new hires and deliver ongoing technical training on complex equipment and cleanroom protocols.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in semiconductor manufacturing, strong instructional and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple training priorities in a fast-paced environment. Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in semiconductor manufacturing (200mm fab preferred).
• Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols, equipment operation, and SOPs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple training priorities in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for Production Operators.
• Conduct hands-on training, evaluate competency, and certify personnel.
• Monitor production floor performance to identify knowledge gaps and conduct remedial training.
• Maintain training records and certification matrices, and update training materials to reflect process changes.
• Partner with Engineering and Production Supervisors to align training objectives with current production requirements.
