Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1+ year supervisory experience in high-tech manufacturing and a background in semiconductor capital equipment, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in semiconductor capital equipment preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory experience in high-technology manufacturing required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises manufacturing personnel in weld and assembly areas.
• Develops work schedules for production lines.
• Hires, trains, and develops staff members.
• Maintains a current training/skill matrix.
• Oversees all production issues for a shift or work group.
• Maintains a clean, safe room environment per Clean Room standards.
• Collaborates with materials, engineering and quality to meet delivery and quality targets.
• Manages individuals and teams, including performance, conflicts, scheduling, and training.
• Completes manufacturing related projects as assigned.
