Job summary

The internship features a defined 12-week project, mentorship, poster sessions, and opportunities to develop software utilities and automate tasks using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a technical discipline.
• Experience with lab work and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Python or AI tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead an individual project with defined objectives and deliverables.
• Support qualification activities for semiconductor products and packages.
• Perform lab testing, data analysis and investigations.
• Present results at the end-of-summer poster session.
