Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related field.
• Experience dealing directly with customers.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related role.
• Experience in semiconductor markets preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with IP handling preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and apply statistics.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Mandarin fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own technology transfer projects with global affiliates and R&D teams.
• Lead site-to-site matching of equipment, processes and metrology inputs/outputs.
• Ensure product stewardship by directing Product Based Teams (PBT).
• Coordinate responses to customer technical inquiries and present to customers.
• Own MOC protocol with supplier quality engineering team.
• Develop qualification strategies with the product team.
• Monitor KPIs and manage PCNs with account management.
• Analyze sources of variation affecting QC trends with manufacturing/quality teams.
• Support process technology initiatives to improve product quality.
