Qualifications

• 0–3 years proven experience in manufacturing environment.
• Good communications skills; ability to clearly communicate to all levels in the organization.
• Basic mathematical skills and basic computer knowledge as used at the location.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented procedures to prepare and fill containers based upon specific product and customer requirements
• Ensures correct lineup of packaging for various receipt and delivery operations; performs gauging and temperature verification; completes associated paperwork
• Moves containers and supplies within the plant to using a forklift
• Responds rapidly and appropriately to emergencies following safety guidelines and procedures; uses equipment, chemicals and procedures appropriate to the situation to mitigate damages
• Abides by all safety procedures and practices, participates in appropriate safety training; demonstrates dedication to and support of EH&S principles and values
• Understands and ensures all work performed meets Federal and State OSHA requirements
• Trains regularly on all Federal, state and local environmental regulations, requirements and guidelines
