Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A. Inc. seeks a CMP Process Engineering Manager to lead the customer-facing Process Engineering team and ensure work aligns with Manufacturing commitments to CMP Product Management, the CMP Commercial Team, and external customers.

The role oversees workload balance, skill matching, and development plans to meet changing requirements, with a focus on cross-functional training and scalable resource planning for the site.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; other technical disciplines considered.
• 6–8 years of experience in high-volume chemical manufacturing.
• Experience supervising and mentoring others.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills; professional interaction at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work by the Process Engineering team aligns with EH&S expectations and company values.
• Monitor daily progress against deliverables and provide guidance/assets as needed.
• Analyze equipment failures with CMP Manufacturing Manager to establish containment and remediation.
• Investigate high-priority customer concerns with CMP Quality and Product Management and resolve timely.
• Resource work assignments to meet objectives while enabling cross-functional training.
• Provide input on site resource planning and budgeting with Site Leadership.
