Job summary

Infineon Technologies seeks a Process Technician for the Process Engineering team in Leominster, MA. You will support backend semiconductor assembly, test and documentation while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will troubleshoot complex processes, assist in experiments, compile test plans and results, and produce clear reports. The role is on-site and reports to the Process Engineering Manager. U.S. work authorization is required. Experience with backend equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate Degree or Certificate in Electronics Engineering Technology, or equivalent is desired.
• Experience in hardware technology, preferably in semiconductor operations or regulated environments.
• Strong electro-mechanical fundamentals and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of Safety and Quality first.
• Resolve day-to-day assembly issues quickly to minimize production disruptions. Debug and troubleshoot process deviations using OCAPs.
• Assist in the design of experiments and run tests.
• Compile and maintain documentation including test plans, procedures, results and reports.
• Document RCCAs and create OCAPs, procedures and user-friendly documents to prevent repeats.
• Drive and support continuous improvement activities.
