Job summary

• Self-starter who adapts quickly and is on-site.
• Six-month commitment on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain presence on the manufacturing floor to support operators and technicians.
• Operate and qualify backend semiconductor equipment for improvement experiments and qualifications.
• Plan and execute experiments to commission, optimize, and qualify equipment and processes.
• Define optimal operating windows and create standard work for safe use.
• Troubleshoot assembly and mechanical screening issues via root cause analysis with SME support.
• Participate in Lean or Six Sigma improvement projects with hands-on application.
• Produce CAD drawings and process documentation; support SPC data collection.
