Everforth Apex is seeking a hands-on Process Technician to support R&D in a cleanroom environment in Tualatin, OR. The role involves wafer processing, chip testing, and operating specialized semiconductor equipment while documenting results and collaborating with engineers.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent and comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site setting. Prior cleanroom and CDSEM experience are a plus; strong ownership and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform semiconductor wafer and chip processing in a cleanroom environment.
• Execute wafer cleaving, wet cleaning, and sample preparation procedures.
• Operate and monitor semiconductor process equipment including etch tools and characterization systems.
• Capture and analyze CDSEM images when required.
• Record, organize, and maintain test data, results, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to prioritize workloads and support development projects.
• Monitor equipment performance and alert teams to concerns.
• Follow cleanroom safety protocols and operating procedures.
