Job summary

Aleron is seeking a Process Technician to join our Bolingbrook, IL and Dallas, TX operations. You will operate and maintain material growth reactors and other process equipment to ensure materials meet specifications, while supporting a cross-functional team of technicians and engineers.

Candidates should have an Associate's degree and at least 2 years in semiconductor manufacturing, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 2+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience reading specs, operation sheets, wiring diagrams, and drawings.
• Hands-on testing, inspecting, repairing assemblies; soldering a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain growth reactors and process equipment to produce materials meeting specifications and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to technicians, scientists, and other engineers on components, devices, materials, products, processes and/or equipment.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Interface with other team members to assure efficient flow of information and materials.
