Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Process Technician to join the crystal growth team. You will maintain and operate process equipment, prepare wafers and holders, and inspect parts per product requirements.

Additional manufacturing and administrative support tasks may be required. Responsibilities include operating reactors, training new members, and interfacing with the team to ensure efficient flow of information and materials. U.S.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to coordinate several activities at the same time and reprioritize as needed.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and provide guidance to others.
• Experience with common office software is a plus (Access/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain process equipment to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to technicians, scientists and engineers on components, devices, materials and processes.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Interface with team members to ensure efficient information and material flow.
• Other duties as assigned.
