Job summary

Insight Global is seeking Process Engineering Technicians for a leading semiconductor client in Dallas, TX. You will set up, program, and operate die attach equipment, and support both production and NPI builds.

The role requires hands-on, detail-oriented approach, Lean manufacturing, and 5S practices. You will train operators, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of relevant technician experience (maintenance & troubleshooting).
Understanding of DoE and SPC concepts.
Willing to wear cleanroom attire and protective equipment; able to bend, twist, lift up to 25 pounds, stand long periods.
Associates degree or higher in a STEM discipline.
Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
Process technician experience.

Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate die attach equipment (Datacon, ESEC, vacuum reflow).
Develop and debug die attach programs and dispense patterns.
Monitor workflow priorities and perform critical process measurements (BLT, die shear).
Train operators and support production needs; assist with advanced packaging tasks.
Maintain process documentation and build reports; drive continuous improvements.
