BAE Systems is hiring for a Semiconductor Process Technician.

The qualified candidate will perform, with minimal or no supervision, routine duties required to process production lots in the Wafer Fabrication Area.

Responsibilities
  • Process production lots per FCS through specified process steps in a timely manner.
  • Ensure equipment is ready and qualified for production.
  • Perform calibration and test runs before starting production lots.
  • Track production lots in PROMIS or other records.
  • Follow ESH rules, maintain a hazard-free environment, and adhere to Clean Room practices.
  • Communicate effectively with team members verbally and in writing.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements
  • Typically a High School Diploma and 3 years of work experience or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in metals deposition, thin films, plasma dry etch, wet etch, wafer mounting/grinding, and photolithography is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with semiconductor/wafer fab experience in other areas.
Pay Range

Full-Time Salary Range: $64,723 - $103,557

Note: Salaries are determined based on various factors including skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
