Qualifications

• Experience developing dynamic models of gas delivery, pressure and vacuum systems using MATLAB/Simulink and Simcenter Amesim.
• Knowledge of CFD, thermal and structural analysis methods for equipment design.
• Ability to translate physical processes into predictive system models for semiconductor tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic models of gas delivery, pressure and vacuum systems, heating systems, sensors and actuators using MATLAB/Simulink and Simcenter Amesim.
• Perform CFD, thermal and structural analyses to support equipment design and performance validation.
