Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Process Engineer I to support development, optimization, and scaling of industrial processes ensuring efficient production and high-quality output. You will assist with equipment design, process improvements, and control system implementation in a compliant EHS environment.

Ideal candidates have basic semiconductor process knowledge, experience with CAPA/FOI/FMEA, and a Bachelor's in Engineering with 1–2 years in high-technology manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent on-the-job experience in parts cleaning manufacturing.
• 1–2 years related experience in high-technology manufacturing, preferably semiconductor capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support development, optimization, and scaling of industrial processes for efficient production and high-quality output.
• Assist with equipment design, process improvements, and control system implementation.
• Participate in CAPA, FOI, and FMEA investigations; contribute to continuous improvement across workstations and technologies.
