Qualifications

• AS in Electronic Engineering or related field required.
• BS in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 2–4 years of hands-on inspection, testing, or quality in manufacturing or equipment-build environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and their failure modes.
• Comfort around high-value semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and evaluate incoming parts, subassemblies, and assembled metrology tools.
• Identify mechanical defects in pneumatic, hydraulic, fittings, valves, and assemblies.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems including controllers and wiring harnesses.
• Verify compliance with drawings, schematics, and customer requirements.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Quarantine nonconforming materials and communicate corrective actions.
• Track quality metrics and support continuous improvement.
