Responsibilities

• Act as main technical contact for field and customers on ECI applications.
• Support tool installation, qualification, and production ramp at customer sites.
• Deliver troubleshooting and resolution for application issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs and collateral for field resolution.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering and global teams to drive improvements.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally for escalation and meetings.
