Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho seeks a Semiconductor Change Management Engineer to oversee MES implementations and drive standardized change control across process teams. You will partner with manufacturing, IT, and process groups to ensure precise, auditable changes and continuous system improvements.

Required are a 4+ year track record in change management, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and strong analytical/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support MES setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and improvements.
• Drive global alignment of Best-Known Methods for Traveler and Process Control configurations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and complete system and process changes.
• Serve as the MES application owner, including training, updates, and ongoing support.
• Analyze system performance and data to identify improvements and drive corrective actions.
