Job summary

3000 Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC is seeking a Semiconductor Change Management Engineer to ensure the seamless functioning and development of the MES or equivalent. The role includes supporting MES setup, optimization, and ongoing improvements.

You will drive global alignment of Best-Known Methods for Traveler Control and Process Control configurations, partnering with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in change management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data solutions to large groups.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Over 2 years of experience in change management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data solutions to large groups

Preferred Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience with change management in semiconductor manufacturing or fab-related systems
• Experience with MES applications, Traveler Control, Process Control systems, or manufacturing system configuration
• Background supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS), business process governance, or controlled change management
