Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in materials science or semiconductor materials.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for technical data analysis.
• Travel up to 20% for customer meetings and collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D, commercial, manufacturing to develop and commercialize photopolymer products.
• Design, execute, and document lab experiments to evaluate material performance.
• Prepare technical data packages and assist with product evaluations.
• Investigate performance concerns and perform root-cause analysis.
• Analyze data and communicate findings in reports and presentations.
• Work with customers to understand requirements and support implementation.
• Support new product introductions through development and qualification activities.
• Maintain lab records and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
