Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD with semiconductor CMP experience and process development.
• Analytical and experimental skills with data-driven mindset.
• Experience with CMP slurries, polishing and metrology is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve CMP and p-CMP processes for new and existing products.
• Liaise between formulation chemists and CMP polishing/metrology teams.
• Support customers on-site; provide troubleshooting and technical guidance worldwide.
• Create CMP slurry and p-CMP formulations for technology nodes.
• Investigate chemical interactions with dielectric and metal films.
• Optimize chemistry for defects and metrology performance.
• Analyze data with statistical tools and summarize results.
• Coordinate with engineering and lab staff on process/formulation needs.
• Contribute to new product development and commercialization.
