Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) strongly preferred, especially with coursework in semiconductor materials, polymers, or lithography.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Director, Product Manager, and Product Development Managers to implement strategic plans for differentiated products meeting lithography and photopolymer performance requirements.
• Interact with leading-edge customers to capture market, lithography, and product performance needs for current and upcoming technology nodes.
• Work with R&D and Manufacturing to drive new product introductions according to customer timelines and performance targets.
• Support product development by coordinating with R&D to meet internal development protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate responses to customer inquiries on lithography, photoresist behavior, process conditions, and material interactions.
