Job summary
Kelly Services is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support advanced semiconductor manufacturing operations in a 12-inch wafer fabrication facility. The role involves operating specialized equipment, monitoring production, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure high-quality wafer fabrication.
The position targets individuals with semiconductor or manufacturing experience who enjoy working with advanced technology in a cleanroom environment and are able to work 12-hour shifts.
Qualifications
- AA/AS degree in a technical discipline + 1 year semiconductor cleanroom experience
- High School Diploma/GED + 3 years semiconductor cleanroom experience
- High School Diploma/GED + 3 years manufacturing experience with strong computer skills
Responsibilities
- Operate advanced manufacturing equipment used in silicon wafer fabrication
- Perform routine production tasks, equipment monitoring, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues during production
- Support non-standard processing and process improvements
- Follow strict cleanroom protocols, including full cleanroom gowning
- Maintain documentation and support manufacturing specifications
