Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Chemline Technician II to support chemical and manual processing of parts in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will clean, mask, coat parts and operate equipment while following SOPs and safety protocols.

The role emphasizes safety, lean practices, and accurate data logging; you will participate in training, maintain organized work areas, and work with hazardous chemicals with proper PPE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical field preferred.
• AA or some college in a technical area is a plus.
• Experience with cleaning and coating technologies is desirable.
• Kaizen/Lean training is a major plus.
• Quality Assurance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods.
• Follow SOPs, Lean processes and company policies.
• Complete training on assigned processes.
• Maintain organized, clean process area and log data.
• Attend safety meetings and training programs.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely and properly dispose of waste.
• Strive for safety and environmental compliance and continuous improvement.
