Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, has 18-month contract opportunities for Manufacturing Electronic Technicians in Texas. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour with shift differentials on second and weekend shifts.

Available shifts include 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts. The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing or engineering technician work, a high school diploma or associate degree, and strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting and assembly skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Technician or Engineering Technician role.
• High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Manufacturing and assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and verbal instructions to build, repair, and test electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, repair, and testing.
• Identify, diagnose, and correct assembly or equipment issues.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on components and finished products.
• Utilize testing equipment including: Electronic Measurement Devices, Leak detectors, Vacuum pumps, and Test fixtures.
• Maintain accurate production, labor, and work-order records in computer systems.
• Receive & audit parts to ensure availability & accuracy before assembly or repair.
• Complete detailing and finishing activities on completed products.
• Follow Safety procedures and properly use required PPE, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• May assist with software-related tasks, or equipment repairs as needed.
