• Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing methods, operation sequences and processes for fabrication.
• Coordinates with engineering to release product improvements and new products.
• Launches, releases and implements engineering changes to support design and Operations.
• Performs root cause analysis and corrective actions for assembly/test issues.
