Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company, is seeking an Engineering Technician for an on-site 18-month contract in Austin, TX. You’ll perform testing and routine maintenance on Ion Implanters and RF Plasma Systems, troubleshoot issues, and support engineers in fast-paced R&D and production settings.

The role requires an associate degree or technical certification in electronics or related field, 2–4 years of experience, and strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, robotics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to safety protocols and flexibility with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and maintenance on Ion Implanters and RF Plasma Systems.
