Qualifications

• Semiconductor processing experience a plus, but not necessary.
• Ability to learn quickly following verbal and written instructions regarding safety, chemical handling and wafer processing.
• Ability to sustain a high quality of work in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.
• Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing goals, objectives and policies of the company. Ability to work overtime.
• Excellent work ethics in terms of attendance, organization, and team skills.
• Be comfortable using computers and learning new computer programs.
• Able to stand and walk the entire shift.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrating excellent manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Stand and walk for long periods on a 12-hour shift.
• Handle chemicals in a cleanroom environment following safety protocols.
• Follow gowning and cleanroom procedures; maintain high operating discipline.
• Perform data entry and use computer systems for process documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to meet manufacturing needs.
