Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA, is hiring for a position in the Deposition & Etch Area of our 3-inch wafer fabrication clean room. The role involves operating equipment, handling chemicals, and following lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow.

The candidate must be able to work a 12-hour Back Half shift (9am-9pm or 9pm-9am schedule), stand/walk for long periods, and adapt to overtime while maintaining quality and safety protocols in a sterile cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor processing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must learn safety, chemical handling, and wafer processing from instructions.
• Able to sustain high quality work in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.
• Flexible to changing goals and overtime.
• Excellent attendance, organization, and teamwork.
• Able to stand and walk the entire shift.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Able to multitask with strong manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour shifts as scheduled on the Back Half schedule.
• Able to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Handle chemicals safely and operate semiconductor equipment.
• Enter data using a computer system following written instructions.
• Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow.
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and maintenance to meet manufacturing needs.
• Train others after demonstrating efficiency.
• Maintain productivity in a cleanroom environment.
