Qualifications

• 5–7 years of maintenance experience on complex manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment independently.
• Strong preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis skills.
• Night shift availability for permanent night shift operations.
• Authorized to work in the United States; US citizens only; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and optimize advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electro-mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot high-vacuum equipment, RF technologies, and automated tools.
• Collaborate with Process and Equipment Engineering to maximize performance.
• Support production and R&D through rapid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts and service scheduling.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and legacy retirements.
• Develop and update preventive maintenance procedures and repair docs.
• Participate in equipment improvement projects for reliability and automation.
• Maintain safe work practices in high-volume fabrication.
