This onsite position requires strong sourcing and interview coordination. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, screen candidates for technical qualifications and GMP/compliance awareness, and manage the interview process in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience recruiting technical manufacturing professionals in relevant sectors.
• Experience with ATS (e.g., iCIMS), LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PSM, GMP, ISO) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source passive and active candidates for FEUS facilities.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications and manufacturing experience.
• Coordinate interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements.
• Maintain job requisition logs and recruitment metrics.
