Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience recruiting for chemical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Familiarity with ATS (preferably iCIMS) and modern sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of employment regulations (DOL, EEOC, FLSA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and identify top talent for FEUS facilities as directed.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, provide hiring recommendations, and support timely decisions.
• Maintain job requisition logs and generate recruit metrics/reports.
• Develop interview questions with HR and managers as needed.
