Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an energetic engineer to join the Manufacturing Process Engineering team. The role focuses on driving continual process improvement, developing better manufacturing methods, and delivering more efficient procedures across our high-volume fab.

You will work on chemistry, materials, and equipment related challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize yields and throughput while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Eng, Chemistry, EE, Materials Science, ME, Physics, or related field.
  • 2+ years relevant experience as Process Engineer.
  • Strong foundation in SPC, ECN, and process release strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing operations within the 200mm wafer Fab.
  • Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods and procedures.
  • Execute efficiency, cost reduction, or quality improvement programs.
  • Perform lot and equipment dispositions to minimize cycle time.
  • Identify systematic problems in processes or equipment and report findings.
  • Support ramp with startup of equipment/process and SWRs.
  • Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
