Job summary

Texas Instruments in Sherman, Texas seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer with a passion for process. You will drive continual improvement across procedures and processes in a fast-paced, high-interrupt environment.

You will lead quality event management, enable flawless execution, and drive process stability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce cycle times and improve yields.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years relevant Process Engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Chemical, EE, ME, etc.).
  • Strong foundation in SPC, EC, and release strategies.
  • Ability to work 12 hour compressed shift schedule.
  • Experience with semiconductor processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Quality Event Management: identify and resolve quality excursions and determine root causes.
  • Enable Flawless Execution: manage OOC/OOS lots and drive day-to-day factory execution.
  • Drive Process Stability: own SFC and improve inline performance and yields.
  • Operational Improvements: maximize output and reduce cycle time; implement SMA solutions.
  • Training and Development: grow Process Engineering Technicians and create efficiency tools.
