Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Chip Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain quality of consumables and products in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in STEM and 4+ years’ experience, plus ERP/SAP and MES/MX familiarity. Strong SPC, troubleshooting, and SOP-writing skills are essential. Bruker offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM; master's preferred.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing or production supervisory roles.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems (SAP, MX MasterControl).
• Ability to apply SPC, ANSI sampling, and quality batch record reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication; SOP creation and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production to meet demand and support technicians.
• Assist in scheduling and budget planning.
• Manage material supply chain and vendor relationships for on-time production.
• Train Production Technicians in complex processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to troubleshoot processes.
• Perform complex assembly and quality inspection per specs.
• Review quality batch records and monitor process trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-value materials to vendors and customers.
• Engage with upper management and cross-functional teams on status and issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
