Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with strong technical background.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced manufacturing roles.
• 4+ years in a high-tech manufacturing environment; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MES (MX).
• Ability to implement quality tools and SPC-driven decisions.
• Ability to operate lab equipment and manage complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production of consumables to meet demand.
• Assist in scheduling and budgeting.
• Ensure on-time material supply; manage vendor relationships.
• Train technicians on complex processes.
• Collaborate with engineers to address excursions.
• Perform quality inspections and batch record reviews.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment; participate in cross-functional teams.
