Job summary

Bruker Daltonics is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor in Bothell, WA to lead daily production of high-value consumables and ensure on-time delivery. You will oversee batch records, quality inspections, and troubleshooting across complex processes in a fast-paced high-tech setting.

The role requires a STEM degree and 4+ years in manufacturing, with SAP and MX MES experience. Strong leadership, documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM; master’s preferred
• 4+ years in high-tech manufacturing; supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with ERP (SAP) and MES (MX) systems
• Ability to run quality methods, SPC, batch record reviews, and root-cause analysis

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day production of consumables to meet customer demand and support Production Technicians
• Determine schedule and budget requirements
• Ensure material supply chain to support on-time production and manage vendor relationships
• Train Production Technicians in complex processes
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to identify and resolve excursions
• Perform quality batch record review and process trending
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-value materials to vendors and customers
• Communicate status and escalate issues with upper management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
• Other duties as assigned
