Job summary

Pentagon Technologies seeks a Chemroom Operator to clean and refurbish parts used in semiconductor chip manufacturing. You will follow defined processes to chemically clean, etch, and passivate parts, and operate tools to achieve a consistent finish.

The role requires attention to detail, a willingness to work on a swing shift (M-F, 2pm-10:30pm), and the ability to travel to Pentagon facilities nationwide as needed. Prior parts-cleaning and manufacturing experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning parts for semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• 1 year manufacturing experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality protocols to meet customer specs.
• Read and interpret work orders, inventories and logs.
• Load parts into chemical tanks and ensure process times are met.
• Use tools to detail parts per specification.
• Operate hoist to move heavy objects as required.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and follow housekeeping checklist.
