Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead maintenance of plant and process equipment.

You will own records, schedules, and a team of technicians, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely, safe operations. The role requires extensive experience in facilities management, strong technical aptitude across mechanical, electrical, and control systems, and the ability to analyse data for maintenance decisions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of facilities management experience.
• 5+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronics aptitude.
• Ability to design and install mechanical/electrical controls.
• Experience with plant systems including filtration, gases, HVAC, and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain maintenance records for plant and process equipment.
• Produce maintenance reports including costs and failure analysis.
• Develop site maintenance schedule with team and subcontractors.
• Manage preventative tasks to minimize downtime.
• Oversee supplier network and outside contractor services.
• Support process engineering on equipment performance and controls.
• Develop site security plans with landlords and insurers.
