Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production builds on the shop floor. You will plan and execute manufacturing processes, develop documentation, and ensure compliance with build and quality standards.

Responsibilities include creating SOPs, BOM structures, coordinating with customers and vendors, training staff, and driving cost-effective improvements. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in high-tech manufacturing, preferably semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• AA in a technical field with 5+ years manufacturing experience also acceptable.
• Experience in high-technology manufacturing, preferably semiconductor capital equipment, is required.

Responsibilities

• Create Manufacturing-ready documentation such as SOPs and Assembly Process Workflows.
• Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to production staff.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the Manufacturing Engineer portion of system builds.
