Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support semiconductor manufacturing operations in Austin. You will operate orbital welding and tube-cutting equipment, inspect parts for quality, and work in both cleanroom and production environments.

The role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and measurements. This is an onsite role with competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or quality inspection experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools.
• Ability to read measurements and use calipers.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Experience in cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate orbital welding machines.
• Operate tube-cutting saws and related production equipment.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers and other measuring tools.
• Verify quality and ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow cleanroom procedures and safety guidelines.
• Support daily production goals and maintain a clean work area.
